Production Punching Me Use Hone Wale T‑Codes

Overview

Production punching ek sequential process hai jisme har T‑Code ka apna role hota hai. In sabhi steps ko sahi order me follow karna zaroori hota hai, tabhi final production confirmation hoti hai.

Step 1 – CS03 (Material BOM Check Karna)

CS03 T-Code ka use SAP PP S/4HANA me Material BOM (Bill of Material) check karne ke liye kiya jata hai. BOM se yeh confirm hota hai ki final product kin-kin raw materials se bana hota hai aur unki quantity kya hai.

Step-by-Step Process:

  • Sabse pehle SAP system me apni User ID aur Password se login karein.
  • Command / Search field me CS03 type karein aur Enter
  • Ab CS03 ki ek nayi screen open hogi.
  • Material Code aur Plant Code enter karein.
  • Enter press karne ke baad BOM structure open hoga.
  • Yahan aap dekh sakte hain ki final material ke andar kaun‑kaun se components lage hue hain.
  • Right side arrow se multi‑level BOM ko bhi expand karke check kiya ja sakta hai.

Note: Production start karne se pehle BOM check karna bahut zaroori hota hai, warna galat material issue ho sakta hai.

Step 2 – CO41 (Planned Order ko Production Order me Convert Karna)

CO41 T‑Code ka use SAP PP S/4HANA me Planned Order ko Production Order me convert karne ke liye kiya jata hai. Production punching process me yeh ek bahut hi important step hota hai.

Step‑by‑Step Process:

  • Sabse pehle SAP system me apni User ID aur Password se login karein.
  • Command / Search bar me CO41 type karein aur Enter press karein.
  • CO41 ki ek nayi window open hogi.
  • Is screen par Plant Code aur Material Code enter karein.
  • Details bharne ke baad Execute (F8) button par click karein.
  • Ab ek nayi screen show hogi jisme aapka Planned Order list ke form me dikhai dega.
  • Material description ko dhyan se check karein aur sirf ek hi line select karein.
  • Screen ke upar maujood Convert button par click karein.
  • System Planned Order ko Production Order me convert kar dega.
  • Convert hone ke baad niche screen par Production Order Number generate hoga — ise note karna bahut zaroori hai.

Important Notes:

  • CO41 wali window ko close na karein; hamesha nayi window open karke next process karein.
  • Agar multiple lines show ho rahi ho, to galti se sabko select na karein — sirf required line hi select karein.
  • Production Order Number aage ke steps (CO02, CO15) ke liye mandatory hota hai.

Step 3 – CO02 (Production Order Release & Quantity Set Karna)

CO02 T-Code ka use convert hue Production Order ko release karne aur required quantity set karne ke liye kiya jata hai. Jab tak order release nahi hota, production process start nahi hota.

Step-by-Step Process:

  • Ek nayi SAP window open karein.
  • Command field me CO02 type karein aur Enter press karein.
  • Ab Production Order Number enter karein (jo CO41 se generate hua tha).
  • Enter press karne par Production Order screen open hogi.
  • Quantity section me jaakar required quantity set karein (generally 3–5% extra allowance ke sath).
  • Ab Release (green flag) button par click karein.
  • Order release hone ke baad Ctrl + S se save karein.

Important: Order release ke bina confirmation (CO15) possible nahi hota.

Step 4 – CO15 (Final Production Punching / Confirmation)

CO15 T-Code ka use SAP PP me Final Production Punching ke liye hota hai. Is step me system ko bataya jata hai ki production complete ho chuka hai aur FG (Finished Goods) ready hai.

Step-by-Step Process:

  • Ek nayi SAP window open karein.
  • Command field me CO15 type karein aur Enter press karein.
  • Production Order Number enter karein.
  • Final produced quantity fill karein.
  • Enter press karein aur sab details verify karein.
  • Ctrl + S press karke confirmation save karein.
  • Successful save ke baad system Confirmation Number generate karega — ise note karna zaroori hota hai.

Production Punching Error Solve

  • Agar Production Order convert karne mein error ya problem aa rahi ho, to sabse pehle MD02 transaction ka use karke MRP run karein. MRP successfully complete hone ke baad hi Production Order create karein.
  • Agar Production Confirmation ke time error aa rahi ho, to pehle yeh check karein ki jis material se production punch hona hai, uske piche ka BOM (Bill of Material) sahi hai ya nahi. BOM mein lage hue component material ka stock available hona chahiye. Agar stock hoga to punch ho jayega, warna nahi hoga.
  • Production Order release karne se pehle yeh zaroor confirm karein ki jo quantity aapne set ki hai, jis material code par consumption set hai, us material ka sufficient stock system mein available ho.
    • Order release se pehle yeh bhi sunishchit karein ki jis material se punch karna hai, quantity usi material par set hai. Agar quantity kisi dusre material par set ho, to Component Section mein jaakar check karein.
  • Agar quantity galat material par set ho, to:
    • Us material line ko select karein
    • Percentage field ko 100% set karein
    • Enter key do baar press karein
    Isse quantity sahi material par set ho jayegi.
  • Quantity sahi hone ke baad Production Order ko Release karein ya Save karke process complete karein.
