Most Useful Excel Formulas

नीचे कुछ formulas दिए गए हैं जो हर office, accounting और data entry में सबसे ज्यादा उपयोग होते हैं:

1️⃣ SUM Formula

Use: Select kiye Gaye range ke numbers ko jodne mein is formula ka use Kiya jata hai
Exampel: =SUM(A1:A10)

is formula mein A1 Se lekar A10 tak ki range ko select Kiya gaya hai formula final hone ke baad Enter key press karen

2️⃣ AVERAGE Formula

Use: Select kiye Gaye range ke numbers ka average nikaalne mein is formula ka use Kiya jata hai
Exampel: =AVERAGE(B1:B10)

formula mein average value nikaalne ke liye B1 se B10 Tak ki range ko select Kiya gaya hai

3️⃣ COUNT Formula

Use: Numeric cells count karne ke liye is formula ka use kiya jata hai
Exampel: =COUNT(C1:C20)

is formula maen C1:C20 select ki gyi range hai formula final hone ke baad Enter press karen

4️⃣ MAX / MIN

Use: select kiye Gaye range mein sabse bada aur sabse Chhota number ko find karne mein is formula ka use Kiya jata hai
Exampel: =MAX(D1:D30)   |   =MIN(D1:D30)

5️⃣ IF Formula

Use: Condition check karne ke liye is formula ka use Kiya jata Hai Jaise hamen 50 se kam wale value wale data ko fail aur 50 se adhik wale data ko paas karana Hai to Ham aise formula lagaenge
Exampel: =IF(E1>50,"PASS","FAIL")

6️⃣ CONCAT / TEXTJOIN

Use: jab do text ko jodna Ho tab is formula ka prayog Kiya jata hai
Exampel: =CONCAT(A1," ",B1)

is formula mein A1 aur b1 ke text value ko aapas mein Joda gaya hai

7️⃣ VLOOKUP

Use: Table se data search karne ke liye vlookup formula ka use kiya jata hai
Exampel: =VLOOKUP(F2,A1:D20,3,FALSE)

is formula mein F2 ,vah value Hai jisse data ko search karna hai A1 aur D20 , yah vah range select Kiya gaya hai Jahan per data ko search karna hai 3 yah vah column index number hai jahan pr F2 se related value ko search karna hai

8️⃣ HLOOKUP

Use: HLOOKUP Excel ka formula hai jo table ki first row me value dhundh kar usi column se niche wali row ka data return karta hai.
Exampel: =HLOOKUP(G2,A1:D4,2,FALSE)

9️⃣ INDEX

Use: Row aur column se value nikalne ke liye
Exampel: =INDEX(A1:C10,3,2)

🔟 MATCH

Use: Value ki position find karne ke liye is formula ka use kiya jata hai
Exampel: =MATCH("Apple",A1:A10,0)

1️⃣1️⃣ SUMIF

Use: Condition ke base par value ko sum karne maen is formula ka pryog kiya jata hai
Exampel: =SUMIF(A1:A10,">100",B1:B10)

1️⃣2️⃣ COUNTIF

Use: Condition ke base par count karne ke liye is formula ka uae kiya jata hai
Exampel: =COUNTIF(A1:A20,"Yes")

1️⃣3️⃣ SUMIFS

Use: Multiple conditions ka sum
Exampel: =SUMIFS(C1:C20,A1:A20,"East",B1:B20,"2025")

1️⃣4️⃣ COUNTIFS

Use: Multiple conditions ka count karne ke liye is formula ka use kiya jata hai
Exampel: =COUNTIFS(A1:A20,"East",B1:B20,"2025")

1️⃣5️⃣ LEFT / RIGHT / MID

Use: Text ka hissa nikalne ke liye
Exampel: =LEFT(A1,3) | =RIGHT(A1,2) | =MID(A1,2,3)

1️⃣6️⃣ TRIM

Use: Extra spaces hatane ke liye
Exampel: =TRIM(A1)

1️⃣7️⃣ UPPER / LOWER / PROPER

Use: Text case change karne ke liye in sabhi formula ka use kiya jata hai
Exampel: =UPPER(A1) | =LOWER(A1) | =PROPER(A1)

Yahan pr A1 wali cell ke text ko change kiya gya hai

1️⃣8️⃣ TEXT

Use: Date ya number format karne ke liye
Exampel: =TEXT(A1,"dd-mm-yyyy")

1️⃣9️⃣ XLOOKUP

Use: XLOOKUP Excel ka modern lookup formula hai jo VLOOKUP / HLOOKUP dono ko replace karta hai. Ye left-right, right-left, vertical & horizontal sab lookup karta hai.
Exampel: =XLOOKUP(A1,A1:A10,B1:B10)

A1 sarch hone wali value hai A1 to A10 wah range hai jahan pr A1 value milegi B1 B20 wah range hai jahan pr value se relativ value ko sarch karna hai formula final hone pr Enter press karen

2️⃣0️⃣ TODAY

Use: Aaj ki date lane ke liye is formula ka uae kiya jata hai
Exampel: =TODAY()

jis bhi cell mein aapko current date Lani ho is formula ko likhkar enter press Karen current date show ho jayegi
